Leonard A. Lauder, Collector Henri Matisse (1869-1954) Nu couché I (Aurore) inscribed Henri Matisse, numbered no 9 and stamped with the foundry mark Valsuani Cire Perdue bronze height: 13 ½ in. 34.3 cm. Conceived in Collioure in 1907 and cast in 1948.
