Charles D'Agar (1669-1723). A Large 18th Century Oil on Canvas: Three-quarter length portrait of a lady circa 1720, believed to be Henrietta Louise Jeffreys, Countess of Pomfret, wearing a white satin dress with blue sash and sat before a window with a building in background, 49 ins x 39 ins (125 cms x 99 cms). Set in a carved giltwood frame with swept open scrolls of foliage adorning the corners, 58 ins x 48 ins (147 cms x 122 cms).
