Gilbert & George (b.1943 & b.1942) To be with art is all that we ask The booklet, 1970, with title-page, text, and a reproduction of the photograph, with the artist’s red rubber stamped initials and numbered from edition of 300, published by the artist’s under their imprint ART FOR ALL, on wove paper, the full sheets staple bound as published, each volume 202 x 126mm (8 x 5in) Artist's note on the work: 'This booklet illustrates with words and one plate our feelings as sculptors on the subject of Art.
