Michel Moreno (French, b.1945) "Femme Au Journal" Oil On Canvas Painting 20th Cent., French This cubist painting by M. Moreno features a fragmented, abstract figure composed of sharp, interlocking geometric shapes and radiating shards. It balances cool navy, indigo, and violet tones with soft pastel pinks, sage greens, and pale yellows against a muted gradient background. The canvas is housed in a multi-layered display featuring a silver liner, a wide tan mat, and a distressed, antiqued silver-and-black wooden frame. The piece is signed 'M. Moreno" lower left.
