Watercolour. 18 x 24 cm. Framed under glass, uninspected out of frame. Lower right signed Franz Grässel. Signature traced. - German animal and landscape painter. G. studied 1878-84 at the Karlsruhe academy under C. Hoff, 1886-90 he studied again under W. Lindenschmit at the Munich academy where he became professor in 1911.
