After Jean-Pierre CORTOT (1787-1843). "Le soldat de Marathon annonçant la victoire". A large patinated plaster sculpture. Inscription on the front: Soldat De Marathon Par Cortot Musée Du Louvre. His hand is dismountable and has been altered with a flag, condition report available on request. Circa 1900. H: 55 - W: 55 cm
