Vincent Guerra Air France / North Africa vintage poster c. 1950 offset lithograph in colors 40 h x 26.125 w in (102 x 66 cm) Of the many travel posters inviting one to North Africa and the Middle East, this is surely one of the most compelling. You can almost hear the buzz and roar of the propellers cutting through the silence, the desert wind, the clink of a brass teapot, the rhythms of a tabla drum from a Berber troubadour-and the surprise of the exotic, on either side of the travel divide. This is the English-language version of the design. Alepee, Paris Literature: Air France/Dream, p. 60; PAI-LXXII, 59 (all var) This work will ship from Chicago, Illinois.
