Jean Colin Air France / Caravelle vintage poster 1959 39.25 h x 24.25 w in (100 x 62 cm) Some sublime 'Catch-Me-If-You-Can' stylization is going on in Jean Colin's through-the-passenger-window eyeball of the new Caravelle jet. It was the world's first short/medium-range jet airliner, and it was made by the French Sud Aviation firm, naturally making Air France one of the first buyers. Perceval, Paris Literature: Air France p. 45; Air France/Dream p. 148; Air France/Caravelle p. 102; Airline Visual Identity p. 316 This work will ship from Chicago, Illinois.
