SILVER MOUNTED GLASS SCENT BOTTLE BY WILLIAM COMYNS CIRCA 1900 hallmarked for London, 1905, the cover, collar and mounts on the dimpled glass bottle with chased decoration of putti within cartouche panels, the hinged cover with a pink coral spring release button, enclosing a faceted glass stopper, maker's mark W.C; together with an AESTHETIC TASTE SCENT BOTTLE of flattened oval pointed form, decorated in Japanese style with bamboo, storks and fish, hallmarked for Birmingham, 1887, maker's mark indistinct (2) the largest 12.5cm high; the smaller 10.5cm long Private East Lothian collection
