CHIN HSIAO (1935 - 2023). UNTITLED. signature PROVENANCE Private collection, Bergamo The work was commissioned in the early 1990s for an exhibition project related to the event “INTEL 1993,” held at the Milan Fair. Contact between the client and the artist was established through the advertising agency Publicis Ltd. The image of the work was subsequently used as a visual element reproduced on the façade of Pavilion 23 at the fair. The work originates from a commissioned project intended to symbolically represent the collaboration among five different industrial entities involved in the event. Hsiao Chin’s pictorial language translates this concept into a dynamic and concise image: autonomous yet coordinated elements, distinguished by color and gesture, participating in a shared trajectory.. 142,70 x 66 cm. 1992.
