HENRIETTA DUNN MEARS (AMERICAN, 1877-1970) SOCIETY PORTRAIT IN A NEWCOMB-MACKLIN ATTRIBUTED FRAME, (updated, 4/13/2026) oil on canvas, a waist-length depiction of an older woman in a kimono-like robe with an impressive string of pearls, signed upper left. Housed in the likely original Newcomb-Macklin attributed frame (construction details and style are consistent with their work). Circa 1925. 40 1/2" x 26 1/2" sight, 45 1/2" x 31 1/2" OA.
