Lot description

This limited edition, yet one-of-a-kind, hand-finished screenprint on paper, titled Tiens (Take That or Hold), is by the iconic French street artist Dran (born 1979). Released in 2016, the work features Dran's signature stylized figure of a young boy holding crayons, with various graffiti drawings and the word VIDA scrawled across his torso, in a characteristic Street Art aesthetic. This specific impression is hand-finished by the artist, featuring unique color applications and crayon-like textures that distinguish it from any other edition. It is hand-signed Dran in pencil in the lower right margin and pencil-numbered 84/88 in the lower left. The work is presented in a modern white wooden frame. Certificate of Authenticity included.
