Incredibly fresh and acidic on the palate, with a colossal, meaty richness. Superb!"(97pts RJ) Provenance: THE GOLDEN BULL RIDES AGAIN. It may be the Year of the Horse, but the eminanet collector we call The Bull is back and better than ever! He sets the bar high and the pace fast with a stampede of great Burgundy for our La Paulée auction! We are honored to present over four hundred and forty lots (440!) from his legendary cellar. This remains one of the greatest collections we have had the privilege of bringing to auction. A veritable Fort Knox of fine wine, it brims with treasures worth their weight in gold. Over more than two decades, The Bull has assembled an extraordinary cellar, sourcing exclusively from reputable merchants and storing every bottle in the legendary Octavian cellars in England. Most wines remain in their original packaging, and all are in outstanding condition. From the 1800s to the present day, this selection captures nearly two centuries of greatness—monumental in scope and impeccable in provenance. Grab the bull by the horns and claim a piece of this remarkable collection!!! Refer to original catalog header sections for additional collection details when available.
