Albert Victor Ormsby Wood (Irish-British, 1904-1977) Two paintings, one of a woman at a window, the other of a figure carrying a water jug the first pencil and watercolour, squared (presumably for transfer), the second oil on canvas board (98 x 35.5cm and 45.5 x 25cm; unframed) (2) Condition Report: The painting of the woman at a window has some creasing. Discolouration and dirty marks to unpainted border with rips and tears to edges. Faint foxing and dirty marks to sky and curtains. The painting of a figure carrying a water jug has a little thinning to the paint and light surface dirt with small folds to the corners of the board.
