Max Dupain. Sydney, published by Richard King at the Print Room Press in 1991. Oblong quarto measuring 31 x 30 cm., unpaginated, but with 80 tipped-in photographic plates by Max Dupain. With an introduction by Jill White. Specially bound by Helen Wadlington with a black morocco spine panel, and silver stamped boards. Limited edition of 110 copies, this being number 66, signed by Max Dupain. A little spotting affects the edges of the leaves, boards slightly marked, but overall an attractive and well preserved copy, with the slip-case. The rear endpaper has an original photographic print, titled “Orchid 1983” signed by Max Dupain. A scarce and desirable limited edition monograph, published to celebrate Max Dupain's 80th birthday. Of special interest are the architectural studies, of buildings by Philip Cox, Harry Seidler, and other Australian modernist architects.
