Michael McKenzie (American, born 1953), a quadriptych of four Pop Art-style portraits of Barbara Streisand, executed in mixed media silkscreen, oil, and vegetable dye on canvas. Created in 1995, each piece features a stylized image of Streisand presented against a uniquely colored background, forming a cohesive visual suite. Executed in the manner of Andy Warhol, the works reflect Warhols influence through repetition, celebrity imagery, and bold color blocking. Each canvas is signed, titled, and dated 1995 on the verso by the artist, who also notes the mixed-media process. The set consists of four individual canvases, each measuring approximately 24 inches high by 18 inches wide, with multiple options for display of approximately 48 x 36 inches or 24 x 72 inches when arranged side by side. Accompanied by a pamphlet and a handwritten letter from the artist describing the suite, along with an American Image Gallery receipt from a prior owner, dated 1995. Dimensions: 48 X 36 X 1 in. Condition: Good overall condition with typical surface wear and toning consistent with age. The canvases show scattered surface marks and light storage edge and corner wear.
