Morton Kunstler (American 1931-2025) "Dilger at Gettysburg, July 1, 1863," 1989, oil on canvas, signed and dated lower right, framed. Exhibited: "Mort Kunstler: Civil War Paintings," Nassau County Museum of Art, Roslyn Harbor, New York, January 10-March 1, 1998. Dimensions: 28 x 43 in. canvas size, 36 x 50 in. as framed. Condition: Very good. Some areas of darker pigment (blues or browns in the horses, uniforms and the blue area of the flag) with drying cracks, visible with bright shining light. No other damages and no restorations.
