Lot description
Michael Mazur (American, 1935-2009). Monoprint with etching, aquatint and monotype on paper titled "Amaryllis/Calla I," 1982. Depicting several richly rendered crimson amaryllis flowers juxtaposed with bright white calla lilies. Each blossom blooming from a long green stem set against a deep, vibrant teal background. Pencil titled and editioned 4/20 along the lower left, dated along the lower center, and signed along the lower right. Blind-stamped along the lower left. With John C. Stoller & Co. Gallery label affixed to the verso. Reference: M1375. Provenance: John C. Stoller & Co. Gallery, Minneapolis, 1982; Private Minnesota Collection; Private Collection.
