Walter Franklin Lansil (American 1846-1925) Pilot Boat Louise off the light ship Boston Harbour presented to his friend Watson Dolliver March 23 1901 - oil on canvas signed lower left, identified with note reverse 12 x 18" 15 x 20.5" as framed. Lansil was a well regarded American maritime artist known for his ship paintings and views of Venice.
