Michael Lucero (American, born 1953), World Series, mixed media ceramic sculpture in an outsider, surreal, and experimental style depicting a seated figure with an elongated balloon-shaped head and stylized body. The surface integrates polychrome glaze, applied imagery, and incised detailing with figural, floral, and maritime motifs. Additional features include gold-painted boots and hand-drawn graphic elements. Artist's name and title Michael Lucero World Series are inscribed into the side of the sculpture. Dimensions: 19 X 17 X 22 in. Condition: Good to fair overall condition with typical surface wear consistent with age. Visible loss at the tip of one arm. Having professional restorations in areas.
