With a signed dedication by the artist for Mordechai Yona, who was the owner and founder of the public company "Heftziba". 27.5 cm. 1.43 kg. In good condition, light wear, mainly a little soiling to the cover, interior in very good and preserved condition. * Heftziba Housing and Holdings Ltd. was a long-standing real estate and construction company founded in 1968 by Mordechai Yona. The company headed a group of construction companies, one of the largest in Israel, until its collapse in August 2007. The company's managers were charged with criminal offenses for the manner in which the company was managed that led to its collapse and for failing to legally secure the buyers' money with guarantees.
