Lot description
Ten (10) pieces studio pottery by Montana artists. Measure 1.5 in. to 6.5 in. high and 2.5 in. to 11 in. wide / diameter. Lot measures 24 in. x 16 in. x 6.5 in. No evident cracks, chips or repairs with the exception of a crack in ceramic dish. Consignor notes: Cobalt blue bowl w/ leaf design is by Sarah Jaeger (MT). Provenance: Estate of Maureen "Mo" Gary (Lolo, Montana, January 3, 1953-April 15, 2025). Mo moved to Montana over 50 years ago and discovered her love for unique art. A talented basket maker and ceramic artist, she also enjoyed supporting her local art community and friends by collecting their work also. Her international travel purchases added to the diversity of her collection. Mo passed in April 2025. Her whimsical spirit, beautiful smile and love for all will be sorely missed. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging.
