Lot description
Doug Danz (American, 1939-2020). Large group of 53 silkscreen prints titled "Vida V" depicting a beautiful geometric scene with a light yellow background. Each pencil signed along the lower right; titled along the lower center; editioned along the lower left. Doug Danz was a watercolorist and silkscreen printmaker whose abstract images are culled from recognizable aspects of the American landscape but move further towards a concern with an abstract two-dimensionality. His silkscreen prints have a flat, emblematic presence.
