Thomas Leung (Born 1958 in Hong Kong) is a contemporary painter known for his vibrant, textured landscapes of waterfalls, volcanoes, and dreamlike natural vistas. The son of artist H. Leung, he grew up immersed in art and began exhibiting alongside his father before emigrating to California in 1978. After studying at the College of Alameda, he developed a style that combined his father's luminous, ethereal approach with his own bold use of palette-knife textures and abstract elements. For over four decades, his paintings have been widely collected, earning recognition for their dynamic energy and striking interplay of color and light.
