Published by the author in Brno in 1972. Another copy: TATE Gallery inv. no. P08037, Collections of the Moravian Gallery in Brno inv. no. JV 6329/1-5. Haiku: Book format 12° (14 × 14.3 cm), in English. Soft paper binding, unpaginated, published by Underwhich Editions, Canada, in 1983, in an edition of 300 copies. Provenance: acquired from the estate of the Czechoslovak painter, graphic artist, illustrator, photographer, teacher, and writer Rudolf Fila (1932–2015).
