Lot description
A framed black & white etching from a collection by artist Robert Ernst Marx (German-American, b. 1925 - d. 2020). This untitled piece, Etching "K," is from a series of poems and etchings titled "Crime Trial," a portfolio which was limited to 75 copies. The piece depicts Father Daniel Berrigan of the "Catonsville Nine," with the word "Guilty" written below his portrait. Measures: Frame: 10-3/4" x 12-1/4" / Site: 5-1/2" x 6-3/4".
