Quarto, xx, 562 pages, with the integral leaf of advertisements bound in. With a map and the folding chart of New Zealand, and a total of 24 uncoloured plates (including the portrait frontispiece of the author). Collated and complete. Some foxing, heavier at the plates and preliminaries, marginal stain affecting the title page and frontispiece, otherwise a very good copy in old boards, spine skilfully renewed in period style.
