Oil on canvas (lined on canvas), signed Kaiser in the center. German historical and battle painter and lithographer, born 1815 in Lörrach - 1889 Charlottenburg. Historical painting of the storming of the Düppel redoubts during the German-Danish War. In the scene, the wounded Prussian General von Raven is carried from the battlefield on April 18, 1864, with closely aligned Prussian soldiers in field uniforms with spiked helmets, bayonets, and red collar patches. H 40 cm x W 56.5 cm, frame 66.5 cm x 83 cm, some areas restored.
