PROVENANCE Acquis directement auprès de l'atelier Tabard à Aubusson en novembre 1951 par les anciens propriétaires. Transmis par descendance à l'actuel propriétaire. The example we are presenting appears to be no. 11, woven in July 1950 by the Tabard workshop in Aubusson, from a cartoon by the artist dating from 1941. Bei dem hier gezeigten Exemplar scheint es sich um die Nr. 11 zu handeln, die im Juli 1950 vom Atelier Tabard in Aubusson nach einem Karton des Künstlers aus dem Jahr 1941 gewebt wurde.
