Kanonnenvuur 1970 Lithograph on paper Signed in pencil lower right Limited edition this is number 33/50 Dynamic colour lithograph from 1976, executed in In this vibrant colour lithograph from 1970 Ger Lataster shows his characteristic expressive abstraction. "Kanonnenvuur" is a powerful work in which the title contrasts poetically with the festive colours gold, blue, green, yellow and orange. The composition radiates movement, energy and emotion — as if colour and form explode across the paper. This work testifies to Lataster's affinity with abstract expressionism and his unique ability to capture emotion in colour.
