Pen and brown ink, with brown wash, on laid paper with barely recognisable watermark "Kreis". (c. 1600). 26.4 x 18 cm. On the reverse with a further depiction of "Christ before the people" in a small field framed in pen and fleeting pen sketches in the margins outside the field.
