LUPLAU JANSSEN (DANISH, 1869-1927) COTTAGE / FARM LANDSCAPE PAINTING, oil on canvas, depicting a charming stone building with a large gnarled tree in the foreground. Signed, dated and somewhat indistinctly inscribed, lower right "LUPLAU JANSEEN 1919 / VESTRETORP OVUERO (?)" Housed in a period, probably original molded gilt frame. Dated 1919. 17 3/4" x 22" sight, 23 1/4" x 27 3/4" OA.
