Lot description
VITALLY GRIGORYEV (RUSSIAN, B.1957) STILL-LIFE WITH CRAYFISH / LOBSTER, oil on Masonite, a surreal-like image with hyper-realist detail, featuring a crayfish / lobster with what appears to be an acorn against a sheer black fabric, signed and dated lower left, retains two labels in Cyrillic verso, one of which appears to be from the Ministry of Culture. Housed in likely original frame. Dated 1992. 16 1/2" x 17 1/2" sight, 26 1/4" x 27 1/4" OA.
