A VIACHESLAV KALININ, RUSSIAN (1939-2022), MIXED MEDIA PAINTING, 1969. Mixed media on paper. Signed in Cyrillic and dated 1969 (lower left). Note: Viacheslav Vasilevich Kalinin was a Russian artist and main figure of the so-called Nonconformists, studied at the Abramcevo Art College. In the 1950s and 1960s, he was part of the Lianozovo circle of nonconformist artists. In the 1970s, he participated in exhibitions at the City Committee of Graphic Artists on Malaya Gruzinskaya Street.
