Robert Burns Wilson Original Watercolor Robert Burns Wilson original watercolor. Wilson was born in Parker, Pennsylvania in 1851. He then moved to Pittsburgh and with little formal training became a self-taught painter. Wilson traveled and finally settled in Frankfort Ky where he achieved his greatest fame. He died in 1916. Signed in red in the lower right corner.
