pencil, ink and watercolor on thin cardboard 29,5 x 39,5 cm Original illustration made by Giardino for the American magazine Heavy Metal in the early 90s. Artwork published as a collectible card in the deck "The Art of Heavy Metal Collector Cards" by Comic Images in 1995. Later the work was published in the 2008 FAAC Calendar dedicated to Guardino's art. Internationally considered one of the greatest exponents of the ligne claire, the Bolognese master is here at his artistic peak. A museum piece. Signed.
