Wawra, Wien, 10. – 11 April 1905, lot 127; Collection Josef von Simon (1854-1926), Vienna, acquired from the above; Bequeathed to his widow Louise von Simon (1860-1946), Vienna/Lugano; Confiscated and sold by the Office for the Disposal of the Property of Jewish Emigrants (Vugesta) after 6 November 1940; Private Collection, Vienna. This lot is sold pursuant to a settlement agreement between the current owners and the heirs of Louise von Simon.
