Lot 181 Jesper Nyeboe Danish (1944-1989) Spring 1983, Portfolio for Geoffrey Beene gouache and graphite on paper portfolio with 75 full length fashion illustrations for Geoffrey Beene's Spring 1983 line, the illustrations show great use of technique and color with the designs very indicative of early 80's women's fashion, designs include women's clothing, many dresses and outerwear sheet (each): 17 x 14 inches portfolio: 17 3/4 x 15 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches Provenance: Property From the Estate of Geoffrey Beene. Proceeds from this item to benefit the Geoffrey Beene Cancer Research Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering.
