Agnes Hart (AMERICAN / NEW YORK / CONNECTICUT, 1912 - 1979) oil painting on canvas depicting a landscape scene with palm trees. Signed to lower right. Verso of canvas with some sketches. Mounted in a gold gilt wooden frame. Canvas on stretcher measures approx. 18 1/2" height x 22 1/2" width. Measures approx. 22" height x 26" width overall including frame. Has a patch seen to verso lower center. Otherwise,appears in overall good condition. JD/B13/SH:17A
