American, b. 1953 Skeleton Coast, 2009 Signed Paton Miller (lr); further signed, dated 09, and inscribed as titled on the reverse Oil and epoxy on panel 24 x 31 3/4 inches (61 x 80.6 cm) (Frame dimensions: 30 x 37 1/2 inches) The panel is adhered to the frame by the epoxy, most likely the intent of the artist. In overall good condition. The frame with areas of wear.
