A patinated French bronze statue after Maurice Joseph Constant (1892-1970). Titled, "Le Travail." A figural work featuring a youthful male figure clad in a fur, belted loin cover with a hammer, anvil and calipers. Scrolling bronze plaque to front with impressed French language title, artist, and foundry names. Bears impressed signature to back of base at top. Dimensions: 24 X 10 X 8 in. Condition: Good overall condition having mild surface wear and patina. Estate fresh to the market. Shipping: Hill Auction Gallery does not offer in-house shipping for this item.
