Lot description
An 1888 Rookwood Pottery pitcher in light standard glaze with painted floral designs by Matthew Andrew Daly (active 1883-1903). Piece shows lighter version of standard glaze and Iris glaze. Makers mark and artists signature at base, mold #412. Marked with incised "L" and pressed "W" to indicate light variation of standard glaze and iris glaze. Measures 8" tall. *note - no chips/cracks/repairs, minor crazing
