Lot description
pencil and ink on thin cardboard Original comic art made by Rubino for "Nicoletta", published on the pages of CdP between '31 and '34, a period in which Rubino (returned from his period at Il Balilla) resumed working for the Milanese newspaper. Nicoletta's tables immerse the young reader in enchanted woods, populated by anthropomorphic fauna and flora, where the elf Trillino is always present. Slight horizontal creases between panels. Signed.
