Richard Aigner (1867-1925) Rosenthal Sculpture Eros, 1912 Porcelain sculpture by the Rosenthal manufactory, art department. Design "Eros" by Richard Aigner, c. 1910. Base versus signed "AIGNER", model number K 73, polychrome painting under glaze. Base with green stamp mark and addition "Kunst-Abteilung". Early moulding from 1912, stamp mark with grinding stroke. Toes of the man's foot damaged and visibly restored, base with barely visible hairline crack, otherwise in good condition. Height: 33.5 cm. Frühe Ausformung von 1912, Stempelmarke mit Schleifstrich. Fußzehen des Mannes beschädigt und sichtbar restauriert, Sockel mit kaum sichtbarem Haarriss, sonst in guter Erhaltung. Höhe: 33,5 cm.
