Georges Récipon, ”La porte bonheur” um 1900, signiert "Recipon", gestempelt "Copy Right by Susse Fres. 1896" J.N.", Bronze versilbert und vergoldet, erotische Aktdarstellung einer nackten Schönheit, beim Einschlagen eines Nagels in ein Hufeisen, Altersspuren und partiell berieben, H gesamt 15 cm, L ca. 19 cm. Künstlerinfo: französischer Maler und Bildhauer (1860 Paris bis 1920 Saint-Cloud), lernte und arbeitete in der Goldschmiedewerkstatt seines Vaters, studierte an der School of Fine Arts in Paris, an der er Schüler von Auguste Dumont und Gabriel-Jules Thomas war, erhielt in der Malerei den 1. Preis Jouvain d'Allainville (1882) für dekorative Malerei sowie in der Bildhauerei den 2. Grand Prix de Rom mit der ”Rückkehr des verlorenen Sohnes” (1889), war Mitglied der Society of French Artists. Quelle: Internet.
