Raymond John Vandenbergh (1889-1960) 'Malay Python' signed with initials l.r., inscribed with title and dated '1923' u.r., pencil, together with four further wildlife studies, including crocodiles and a buffalo, and a self-portrait 15.5 x 33.5cm and smaller (6) Condition Report: overall: 25.5 x 43.5cm and smaller Time staining, rippling and handling creases. The additional pencil wildlife studies comprise of an African buffalo and a dead mouse (framed together), and two individual studies of crocodiles. The self portrait is chalk pastel.
