Olga Lehmann, Chilean/British 1912-2001 - Woman with cactus; gouache on paper, signed lower right 'Olga Lehmann', 17 x 12 cm: together with another work of the same medium by the same artist, 18.5 x 26.3 cm (2) (ARR) Note: Lehmann worked for a number of years at the Covent Garden Opera House, later working in costume design in Hollywood. Works by the artist are in Fry Art Gallery, UCLA Art Gallery and the Royal Air Force Museum. Lehmann also produced works depicting ARP exercises during the Second World War.
