A late 19th century / early 20th century Louis XV style kingwood and marquetry commode retailed by Maison Bailly Applied with gilt bronze mounts, the shaped marble top above two drawers mounted with foliate scrolls, on cabriole legs and paw sabots, 149cm wide, 58cm deep, 94cm high. Provenance: Property from a private collection of European Decorative Arts Bonhams, London, 12 December 2013, lot 175.
