A figural work depicting a Victorian style female matron figure with parrot and dog. The subject was Mrs. William Sommerville. Artist signature lower left. Dated 1901. Presented in elaborate gilt frame. Work Size: 52.5 x 42.5 in. Dimensions: 61 X 50 X 2 in. Condition:Good overall condition having normal surface wear and previous repairs. Estate fresh to the market.
