Condition B+: tears and repaired tears at edges and in text banner; creases and rippling in image; text banner affixed at bottom. Paper. During World War I "The Army Air Service [the precursor to the Air Force], like the Navy, was dependent on recruiting. Only the Army itself had a selective enlistment system.
